1\$\begingroup\$ Looks like a "box-style" radial one microfard 63 volt polyester capacitor. Not polarized. These usually have wire leads out the bottom...none visible. The extensive background appears to be Tektronix-style vinyl. \$\endgroup\$– glen_geekCommented yesterday

It looks like an Elna capacitor of value 1 μF, tolerance 3% (the letter H) and a rating of 63 volts. Tolerance table from How to Interpret Capacitor Markings: -
What equivalent can I replace it with?
It totally depends on the circuit you are using it within and the data sheet of the capacitor you are proposing.
